To deliver on Lion’s strategic marketplace and workplace objectives, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Optimisation Leader who will play a critical part in delivering and setting future strategy within the NZ Supply Chain.
This role is accountable for delivering the Strategic Initiatives and Value Creation across the New Zealand Supply Chain. You will be responsible for executing the project governance and frameworks to deliver on continuous improvement opportunities.
You will provide strategic thinking to optimise our Supply Chain operations while driving enhancements in customer experience.
Key to your success will be:
- Exceptional Project Management experience
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and navigate complex situations
- Your structured problem solving approach
- Change Management and proven people leadership
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain
